These terms apply to your use of sleepsculpt.store (the "site") and to any purchase from SleepSculpt ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

1. Our products

The SleepSculpt Contour Pillow is a comfort product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have ongoing neck, shoulder or back pain, please speak with a GP or physiotherapist. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.

2. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a price was displayed in error — and if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout. Shipping within Australia is free.

4. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including the 30-night sleep trial, are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Liability

Subject to section 5 and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products.

7. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or copy its content, images or design without our permission. Content on the site belongs to SleepSculpt or its licensors.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the site when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
