Free tracked shipping Australia-wide

Every order ships free to addresses in Australia, with tracking. We don't currently ship outside Australia.

Processing

Your order ships from a warehouse in Australia, usually within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer. These are estimates rather than guarantees — carrier delays occasionally happen.

How your pillow arrives

To keep shipping compact, your pillow may arrive compressed in plastic. Unwrap it and give it 24–48 hours somewhere warm and airy to recover its full shape.

Delays and lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll look into it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll resend your order or refund you in full.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may cost extra.
